need a rule reminder. My understanding is that I can’t fly over a neutral unless I’ve attacked it and pushed it to join the axis. So if I wanted to attack Chile with the bombers (movement cost 5), I would also need to attack an adjacent Neutral (e.g. Peru) in order to use the remaining 2 movement points to land in Brazil.
