You can try eBay. Some people buy whole games and sell the pieces off separately. That can be a good source for little bits, when you don’t want or need the whole game again.

Hello, ive been looking all over the net to buy Axis and allies 1914 yet all stores dont have it or prices are really high. Is there a way i can buy that game at the resonable price?

It’s out of print and has been so for years. You can use patience and hope to get lucky or you can pay the price on what you can find now. I wish I had better news for you.
