@chrisbump86 Does the attacker have to declare on their combat move which territory or sz they wish to continue to if they succeed w/o taking a casualty? Can they split their forces and go to multiple territories or sz?Can they return to another friendly spot or even to where they attacked from?Would a matter if the attacker needed more than 2,3 or more combat rounds to kill the defender?
If we playtest, these kind of questions are likely to come up.
[Global 1940] Islands and Movement

Should Malta be considered like an aircraft carrier with regards to movement points? I.e if an aircraft carrier was in the same sea zone as Malta, it would not cost any movement point to land on the carrier but it would to land on Malta. Any thoughts

Which game are you talking about? I will move your question to the correct forum category, then.
As you cross a border between a sea zone and a territory (incl. islands) when you land on Malta it costs one movement point.

@panther G40SE, I know the rule, just trying to work out a strategy where Malta is useful!
Thanks Panther -
Put an AB and or NB on it to start, accomplish your aim.

This is a late response but I actually sorta like the idea of allowing malta to do this, basically let fighters and tacs hit Italy without carriers. Then Malta is actually useful

@tincanofthesea thanks! I’m going test it next time I play. Whats your feedback? @GeneralHandGrenade
