In the elite of the reich expansion if you take a territory that you get a free SS unit for (ie Switzerland) is it placed in Switzerland at the end of the turn or do you build it at a factory with your regular stuff?

@linkler I believe it is placed in the territory at the end of the turn, just like other upgrades or placements.
