    Back to the game - it is very difficult to achieve anything with Italy, unless the Taranto raid fails. UK is just too strong if focused to defend Egypt. Of course, that gives Germans time, but it did not work that well for me. Nice income, but Russians very strong in the defensive, no fleet, and non-existing Atlantic wall.

    I can imagine that England are an easy team to root against, a lot of our supporters annoy me and I’m English, so non-Enlgish people are probably very annoyed. Yes, I would often support the underdog unless there is a good narrative around the other team or the underdogs are a bunch of cheats or something.

    Just not losing the Med quickly is probably a plus for Italy, anything they can do to draw attention and IPCs from other places is a bonus. If they can grab Eygpt early then that spells big trouble for the Brits in Africa and the Middle East. The geography of the Med is against them, easy to bottle them up with the Rock and Suez, also easy to threaten their capital. Still not sure if I prefer the attempt at Taranto or stacking the fleet at Gibraltar for the Allies, maybe it’ll be situation dependant.

    I’ve moved the German AA, I assumed it would follow the rest of that army, please move it elsewhere if that was the intention. The pressure on Germany from the West and Middle East has hopefully come soon enough for Russia, but they are having to gradually withdraw into Moscow or risk a breakthrew.

    To be honest, it is Japan that has me worried…been poking them in the eye with Russia, China and the UK, but running out of fingers and the US can’t build ships fast enough!
