The UK airforce is the main component that allows the Allies to defend in multiple theaters, reinforcing amphibious landings and then returning to the Middle East to defend there. Germany’s thrust into Russia is stalled for a long while, but now there is nothing to prevent Japan from exploding out into a true monster.
You also have been sacrificing way too many transports for so little gain.

My apologies, I had to do some edits in Greece because some of my forces decided to move to Italy instead of where I clicked.
Germany is retreating to a more defensive location as the huge spending on the European front means they have to turtle down for the long-term.
I don’t think that you have enough forces to make the move into the Med effective as you won’t be able to hold a beach head for too long after losing your British air force. I think it would have been better to have aimed for Norway to deprive income or Normandy to create headaches. Losing too many transports has cost you so much this game.
The Axis now has very similar TUV as the Allies when you should have been up quite a bit more at this stage. It will be hard to get back on track as Japan is going to start rolling into Siberia soon.
