yes exactely that was my initial thought. Still struggeling to find a way to gain a token for Japan.
@robson glad to see I’m not the only one trying to figure Japan out! Curious YG indicates this is a pretty balanced mod, and I certainly trust his judgement on it… I just don’t know how Japan contributes besides sucking resources from the allies.
