It’s a dice game, but, yes, it looks tough for Axis.
I have no problem with if you either want to play it out or rather feel you don’t want to invest the time. Both works fine, but you choose.

I mean, if I were in your shoes I’d go for some big battle, like Stalingrad. If it fails, resign. If it’s a success then the economic balance will be heavily tilted towards the Axis, evening the position out a bit. Not sure it’s enough anyway, but there’s no harm trying.
