Re tech and paratroopers, as if there is not enough to think about already. Even so, I would be especially interested in paratroopers. I don’t recall this being a part of PTV though.

Looking at the PTV Map Options now. Do not see an option for paratroopers. Do you have to select Tech Development?

Paratroopers are on Breakthrough Chart 1. However, they can only be used it seems in conjunction with land forces attacking from an adjacent territory or an amphibious assault. This greatly diminishes the value of paratroopers.
