    Having a look at the pro Axis Neutrals in Africa, I wonder how BM shall increase the odds for the Allies. Is BM screaming for “kill Italy first”?

    It is a pity that Russia’s national objective for Italian territories in Africa was cancelled. I liked it quite a bit. I will then try to find some other new juicy bonus IPCs :-)

    Is that a yes to scrambling to SZ110?

    With the French territories going neutral, they are easier for Italy to capture, but the Allies can now get income from them if they take them (unlike if they had stayed French). I think the Vichy favours the Axis for the first couple of turns, then it favours the Allies, so probably balances out.
