    Ok, so the UK-fig is on the US-ac and the US-fig is on the UK-ac?

    Actually, you don’t need to keep the air on different carriers in order to scramble from them. That’s clear from the notes:

    “The number of planes that may be scrambled from a sea zone (up to the three-plane maximum) is determined by the number of undamaged carriers in that sea zone (one per carrier). This is true irrespective of how the planes may be allocated among the carriers.”

    So feel free to allocate the air at your pleasure.

    Another thing I noticed is that US didn’t deploy troops into Morocco, thereby missing out on their N Africa Beach Head-NO (5 IPC). Haven’t looked at details, but perhaps Gibraltar was shaky (which would be a good reason)?
