Not to mention that a victory city, Shanghai, is put at risk.
Chinese infantry placement?
-
We had a new problem in our wednesday game.
China produced 1 inf but couldn´t place it anywhere ´cos 3 or more units
in their 2 remaining territories. (Yes russian units, and they don´t count).
But if it was chinese units. Is the extra units destroyed,as in you-can´t-raise-anymore-soldiers-in-your-tiny-country
or
can they be placed later, as in rule-concerning-bought-to-many-units? -
They remain in the mobilization zone until they can be placed. However, this shouldn’t be a problem, as Chinese units can always be moved in noncombat movement to make room for the new infantry.
-
Is this also true for other countries… ie if you miscalculate IC output and have an excess number of units… or are these lost
-
It’s true for all countries. However, if you lose your capital, you also lose any unplaced units that you may still have in the mobilization zone.

thanks war dog

For chineses, there’s not a thing called “capital” :-D. You can “save” the non-placed inf until end of days, even if all the freak China is taken by axis
Bugs, give me more bugs …
