Anyway, I am not scrambling in this case, also the French Stuka stays in Paris.

The rules for Path to Victory are slightly different for different situations. This is my understanding:
- Airbases can scramble to seazones to defend any ships, including undefended transports, and to defend against amphibious assault.
- Airbases can only scramble to defend land territories which have a defending unit.
- Carriers can only scramble to defend seazones which have ships in them (not sure about transports)
- Carriers can only scramble to defend land territories which have a defending unit.
