    I believe that would happen, it stays in your queue until placed, but you can place it and edit it out and add 12 ipc units onto the board. I am ok with this at this juncture in the game.

  • @nikola1975 the only difference in the dice was that JPN took 1 ipc from Russia and a big difference in the smolensk battle. Russia lost only 1 inf.

    No, I can’t scramble into Guam’s seazone because I don’t have a surface warship.

    When I re-did the Russian Turn I forgot to give Germany the 12 IPC’s. You can at the end of your Japan turn.

    yes there are a few changes in rules that the game doesn’t account for, most are scrambling rules it seems.
