@flyingbadger yes… I saw a 54% chance in my favour and thought I have to take the risk. Maybe I should be a bit more risk avers when the outcome of a close battle decides on the survival of transporters and freight. In this case, it turned out to be too risky and expensive. Lesson learned

Well, you can’t be too predictable. Sometimes the potential reward can be worth the risk. Eliminating the Italian fleet and giving yourself a free hand in the Mediterranean is very useful for the Allies.

We can exchange our After Action Reports on conclusion and learn from each other!

I suppose it is the old can’t load and unload in different phases rule. However, in this situation I think it is too harsh. I shall put them in Egypt. Monty will be pleased to have them :desert: :rat:
