    really been struggling with JPN and what to do here, like last turn, I think I completely messed up last turn as japan. giving up all those trannies was a disaster, what a blunder! been working on this all morning and just can’t decide, sorry for the delay.     I agree, great game. Thought I had the upper hand most of the way through but there have been a couple of points that you nearly had me, especially grabbing India for the 7th VC.
