One of 2 gas hit, negating the first neutral defender dice hit. Edited out the 2 gas and restored the unit I had to take as my hit. My 5 ground troops all missed on first round. Witt’s attack on Chih with 4 ground units in USA2 of our first game stopped my Germ from establishing in Mexico. But in this game and in my other 1914 game with Dawg, my attacks on Chih without gas started poorly and probably would have left me without enough troops to take Mexico from Germ.

@witt The G Atlantic fleet moved to Africa as I expected, to invade the undefended coast and move inland, while the fleet tries for the Med. The US fleet positioned to interfer.
Unfortunately for US, I lost 1 of 2 troops invading Azores. Two troops and 2 bombard would have taken out the Germans in Maur, but little chance now. US could have used 2 tt’s in Azores, but I held 1 back in case you went back to Panama again.
