Should be the same basic victory condition rule as in OOB and BM3, i e holding the VCs for a complete turn.

That was the assumption I based the G-17 and J-17 turns on. Otherwise, it would be insanity to sacrifice two CAs to blocking.

My plan was that if you attacked both Shan and Malaya I would be able to crush Kwangtung, but looking at it now I think it would’ve been very difficult, despite a triple-attack from Ch/UK/R, and likely a game loss.
