I think you should start building Pacific navy. but send some forces to africa. but you need to atleast bockade the suez if your building in the pacific. then move you bombers to the middle of the board. also you should attack FIC with india. but what happened to russia. if i attack whit a 5 infantry units and 3 artillery units. Then, all infantry units are supported by artillery?

ONLY attacking subs have first strike capabilities, although I’m not sure whether it lasts beyond the first round. I’ve always played that first strike is always on.
