@witt Nuts, I wish I had known about your USA moves in my other game. I gathered my US troops in Texas, which gave Germany a turn to build 4 HG and 3 trenches. Even if you had lost another unit taking Chih, the 2 survivors and 3 gas give you a high probability of wiping me out before I can build my first units in Mexico. Learned a valuable lesson for our second game.
If US takes Mex next turn, Germ will save a lot on not garrisoning it. US will also be able to redirect its builds, but has a long trip to Europe.
@fmerwinrommel I saw it done by Redrum a few years ago. I would still move that way with Germany though . Then decide my G2 direction , dependent on whether the US buys Gas on his T1.
@witt 1 U.S. inf in SFr and a trench or 2 would prevent Germany from taking SFr and at minimal distraction from the march on Mex. I’m still uncertain on a good way for USA to help in Europe. I’ll see what you do. But I don’t see why players build a factory in SFr. UK and France can mop up the Germ isles excluding GNG.

In the prior round I noted that Witt had erred in moving an infantry build in NY to Hud-Del but I forgot to edit the correction. USA moved 3 inf to Hud-Del>Wash, so I just edited 1 infantry back to Hud-Del. Won’t affect its ability to be convoyed from sz30.
A third round of German subs not hitting and being sunk. And 4 German tech dice missed after 3 missed last turn. In German amphib to Sweden, computer didn’t ask if I wanted to bombard. Luckily I didn’t need it. but that’s just another first strike failure in this game.
