Your choice struck me as odd, given the odds (in my head). I double checked and realized not all ships are present that were supposed to be.

@elrood Stay and fight, take sub as first casualty. Check dice closely, as computer has not been recognizing first strike capability so far in this game. Sub should roll first and separately. If it hits, your casualty shouldn’t be able to return fire. You may have to manually adjust if the computer doesn’t . When you undid half your attack yesterday, it did confuse me that you would fight at such bad odds.

When I sank your cruiser on my turn, the odds would have been breakeven for your counterattack if your cruiser had missed. But it hit. I took a cruiser as the casualty and kept my sub because of first strike capability. My subs have been a big disappointment so far.

@fmerwinrommel Thanks for understanding. He showed me the attack and there were 4 units. Then he posted and there were 2! I thought I was missing something; that my eyes were deceiving me, so didn’t tell Seb yesterday.

The German infantry division in Belgium has been awarded the iron cross for fighting off a superior French force. Let’s see if it can fight off the Brits.

@Witt As I recall, you are visually impaired? As you may remember, I am also. and maneuvering the cell phone screen to see all the text and typing on the tiny keypad is a struggle. I was out on a long hike yesterday when I responded. Its very easy when at home using a full size keyboard and 24" monitor.
