Anyways, in the Norway SZ I assumed no scramble but let me know if you wanted to scramble and I can roll it out.
You need to be a little more patient, i would say. Seabattles, especially the ones in the Pacific should allways be made with odds arround 96% - 100%.
If a seabattle goes south, there is most of the time no speedy recovery from that.
Well the US, if the should loose a big seabattle have to struggle due to the fact that they need to orchestrate both theatres, Euro and Pac.
Japan instead can spend one or two turn fully into Navy with less downfall to it. (Unless things are ugly arround Yunnan, India of course).
Japan is free to do what ever they please now in the Pacific I guess?!..
