Battle calc said my fleet would have 11 1/2 warships left and I ended with 12, so sea dice were normal. Failed to take Panama. Bombard hit but amphib troops missed and you hit on round 1. Ended with Panama empty. Would have been great to have taken it, and give me access but block you from passing thru. Was worth taking the gamble, even tho I lost.

I forgot Rus trenches could fire back. I thought that I could just capture unguarded trenches. I was lucky that my cav gave a hit and wasn’t hit. Very handy tech for Rus, Commies stalled temporarily, but income is 40% of Rus, all concentrated in the east. Wow, didn’t expect Brit to got total land defense in UK. Was expecting USA DD blockers and just enough troop builds to withstand possible first wave amphib, while rebuilding fleet in Eng Chan. Glad to end the naval arms race and get back to building troops.

I think so. Shall we reverse sides and play again? I enjoyed 1914, interesting game. Tech made it fun. Different strategies and tactics than G40. The C.P. have caught up in income. France was close to pushing Germany out of France, but I think I could just hold on. U.S. cav really multiplied, but Germ looks like it could hold on in Mex. It was just getting to be fun for Aust and Turk breaking out in the Med. Thanks for a fun game. I’ve learned some ideas from this game on how to play the Entente. Looking forward to playing against you again.
