    @dannyduck716 I had to look this up for a recent game of mine, but the game notes for BM3 say, “Fly-over restrictions applicable to other Neutral territories do not apply to Vichy French territory.”

    I believe it’s legal (or at least I can’t think of any alternative interpretation of that quote) … but if you have any doubt the ultimate authorities to clarify a BM-specific rule would be @Adam514 and @regularkid
