Yikes. I am now looking back on this and thinking that this unrealistic, complicated, and somewhat not historical.

For example:
Early War Tank 2-2-2-5
Mid War Tank 3-3-2-6
Late War Tank 4-3-2-7
Heavy Tank 4-4-2-8
Jet fighter 4-5-4-12 or 11
Super Subs 3-2-2-7
Heavy Bombers 4-3-8-14
Airborne Infantry 3-1-1 range 4
Waffen SS Armor 5-4-2-9
Battlecruiser 4-4-2-Takes one hit cost 15
