You should. I didn’t understand that situation, I think. Thought you said a tr should move during NCM, but then it was empty. You did some adjusted shore-bombardment, right? It’s possible to do some units as well, if you wish.
I prefer to adjust slips, if possible.
Anyway, in this case it was very obvious that the land should be in the battle. Went in with a loaded tr and cr with that purpose. Only attacking with air with bad odds is just silly.
I hope you agree with this.

Correct, thanks. There were three rounds. But on the third round, the Italians missed with the remaining infantry, art, and tank. So it would make no difference roll again for the UK inf and art.
Elegant use of DD blockers by the Japanese navy to achieve NOs the last two turns. This may be your first PTV game, but you caught on very quickly.

I did play a few P2V the previous season, when it was released, so am not a complete virgin. Abandoned it though, mainly because of the malayan sz-split.
However, I generally love the map. The change with a limitation of max 3 air per sz when scrambling from carriers was good and needed (previously there could be like 17 air scrambling to support a measly blocker, which was a bit weird).
