You lucky dawg. Two tech hits & both excellent for their countries. Sub warfare makes subs more powerful on attack & defense and its the cheapest ship. But you will have to build them. 3 inf per turn in capital is ideal for Russia to defend against Germ. UK global position strong despite losing much of the home fleet. You still have many ships. Also lots of troops converging on Germ Africa. And will soon be able to convoy across EngCha to France with combined fleet protection. Now that Rus is consolidating, realize its more formidable than seemed before. But Commies are safe.

Lost out on 8 more PU because all ground attackers and defenders died in Pic and Stock. So they are empty. Found out at beginning of turn that cruisers can’t bombard, so 3 amphib troops lacked naval support. Headlines: Germans take Mexico City. This is going to be a long, slow grind. Intended to smash Russia first, but then divided my resources.

Got mustard gas tech but wanted creeping barrage. Gas is great when few defenders have lots of trenches. But with lots of defenders, it would require many gas. Better to have ground troops that will fire all through the battle and survive to defend against counterattack, than gas that only fires once and dies.

@fmerwinrommel with the mustard gas you must have a piece go with it. i sometimes like to buy a lot and go for it.
