@timothy-gengarella But there is nothing to stop you from added more factories in Manchuria but because Japan has naval supremacy in that region. It is smarted to just shuck with transports from the homeland.

I didn’t come to the conclusion that GHG was involved more in play testing and what not with V3 because of a simple reference in the rule book that doesn’t actually tell you what each person did and how much they really were involved. I came to the conclusion because of the title of the video I last linked.
Oh no, not confusing at all. Was truly just an assumption made haha. But you are right that there are very specific movement rules from A&A Global. I’m sure that at least in part colored my assumptions.
