@cyph3r I had some horrible rolls in Norway, I didn’t want to place my minor factory there as a result. I don’t know if I chose not to place it, will it disappear? Or can I wait to place it next turn? I’m assuming it will disappear so I decided to place the factory in Norway anyway in edit mode.
