    @WindowWasher I contend that Russia received the Persia lend lease bonus when it should not have. I had a Japanese sub in sz 80 and it still gave you 2 IPC for the bonus. I edited Russian income to 30. Let me know if you disagree.

  • @windowwasher No thanks. Also you have to unload any and all units you load during the combat phase. So the transports in the channel have to unload everything or you have to wait for the NCM to load the rest. The way you have it now you would have to use 2 transports each with 1 Inf to unload into Holland and Normandy.
