Don's DE40 map

Hi,

I really like this map, the art, the fact that some territories come with extra IPCs, etc.

It will be probably the next one I will print when I have the chance.

I have not been around for a long time and I probably missed somethings but I have some doubts about this map that I hope you guys can help me with:

1. Oil territories. Someone already replied this one to me, has to do with having oil facilities and transporting oil to industrial complexes to generate IPCs, which I think gives a whole new dimension to the game.

2- What is it with the cities with a Train symbol? How does that work?

3- Also, I noticed many new victory cities. How are they put to use exactly?

I am assuming this map involves a bunch of new rules that are maybe posted somewhere, so if any of you guys can direct me there, I will be thankful.
