    Oh - I did remember another BM rule that you might be very happy to hear about as the allies. Chinese Guerilla rule - Japan needs to garrison non-coastal Chinese territories with at least 1 land unit (AAA guns do not count) or 1 Chinese Inf spawns at Japan’s CM phase, and will conduct combat if applicable.

    Yes. Italy has a chance to do something, Japan is toned down a bit. Russia is a little stronger. And the NO addition helps with the money, and really opens up the board (a lot more territories mean something), encouraging more varied play, so less of a script of how to defend the inevitable moscow rush or calcutta. The axis have to branch out to earn enough money, giving the allies some wiggle room.
