I knew it was shaky. Definitely considered taking ships instead of air as casualties during my attack.
US wasn’t at war with J until it’s economic phase, so the fleet is not allowed to stay by the Carolines. I can move it back during Italy. Or would you like to keep it somewhere else than in z54?
