    What specifics do you have in mind?


  • I think only tanks should be able to blitz. It’s silly that a-cars can do it and also the mech- and mot-inf. They should however be able to tag along with tanks. Of course, they shouldn’t be as pricey then.

    I’m pretty certain now that inf costing 2 is pretty broken. I’ve crushed with both Axis and Allies spamming inf with both sides. Admittedly not many games under the belt, but still think the point is proven.

    One strategy could be to make inf costing 3, art 4 and ordinary tanks 6 and then try and adjust everything else according to that.

    The t-boat should have 2 movement and might then be sort of equal to a tr.

    Subs are also pretty broken, being better than des, yet cheaper. I really don’t like that they block movement either. G40-rules there are so much better, high-lighting the subs sneaky nature.


  • Ah, yes, I also really, really don’t like that transports have defence-value and active hp. So silly. They were in reality sitting ducks without much firepower, relying on supporting ships to keep them safe. They should not be able to be used as cheap sacrifices in a sea-battle.

    One strategy could be to make inf costing 3, art 4 and ordinary tanks 6 and then try and adjust everything else according to that.
    The t-boat should have 2 movement and might then be sort of equal to a tr.
    Subs are also pretty broken, being better than des, yet cheaper. I really don’t like that they block movement either. G40-rules there are so much better, high-lighting the subs sneaky nature.

    yeah if we can figure out a simple way to get this done, sure, I think t boats should be 6, transport 1, attack at 1 and defend at 1

    A lot more on where and how to allocate recourses, specifically with the Germans, I think the trick is to rush for a region in russia and lock it down, thereby securing the money and just trading back and forth with the russians while the haisachi kill the russians in the east. But then again china is a lot of money if its fully in haisaichi control. Neglecting yamamoto navy for so long hurt as well

    I agree, Germany should try and establish an outpost as deep in Russia as possible. Preferable though is to have enough force to be able to push on, making real threats on capitals.
