Page 11 of the Rulebook: “You must collect income if you can, but all other parts of the turn sequence are voluntary.”

Bonus income from NOs is income, so it must also be collected.

A

Approximately half of the U-Boat losses were due to Aircraft.

However in this version of Axis and Allies subs may not be hit by aircraft without an attacking destroyer present. Axis and Allies is not a very accurate recreation of WWII. However, it is a fun game.

The bombing runs and the damage markers give you some flexibility – still painful as all getup, but a great new addition to the SBR rules.

I think we all agree that the OOB rules on SBR in revised was broken. You could reduce germany to no income, and the game would end soon after that. So there was no way i wasnt playing without TTL. this new game throws TTL out the window.

Not entirely. There’s still a limit - it’s just bigger.

Does this new SBR strat break the game again? Germany would be pretty crippled, if the allies had a goal of keeping 20 markers on berlin, and 12 on SE.

I sure hope not!
