Didn’t notice the 7 a-cars and needed to change Hisaichi’s setup towards Russia with more in Okhotsk and a blocker in Yakutsk as well.

Russia was very lucky in Kiev. Got a 40 TUV-swing instead of an expected 20 and then about the same on defense against the romanians. So actually a total of 40 more TUV than expected.
