Moving to burma will just mean he flies all the jap planes back to india, and the germans can build 6 units there as well so not worth going there. So need to liberate china. Dont want to send little armies all over the place as his air force is still strong but dont know whether to go for the back of china like the move was or more into the middle towards his factories. The benefit of going to sezch means we can think about russia declaring. you could get tsinghai and sikang on your turn without losing the mongolia option. Would start to get momentum in china then.
