    Yes, that should be correct. From the notes:

    “A carrier may scramble one plane to battles in adjacent sea zones/territories where there are defending surface warships or land units.”


  • Since there will be shore bombardment then, I believe it’s suicide to scramble to any territory and hence continue without scramble.

    Yes, forgot it. Was rather considering not to attack Morocco to make Gibraltar more sure, but decided I should be able to do both. Then when doing NCMs I was like “duh, there’s a marine in Cairo”. It’s logical it joins with the bs. But sure, it’s up to you. Battle is made.
