    @simon33 been getting killed lately, all games…that hurt. knew it was a close battle…nothing but 666’s for me lately it seems.

    I was surprised you took allies for only +9…

    This is the first game I’ve invested heavily in keeping the Italian navy afloat. without buying things like CV that go to the bottom of the ocean if the allies try hard enough. I’m kind of in two minds still but I think the 2 airbases are better than letting the navy sink. Perhaps less money should have been spent on troops? Not sure either way.

    9 s/b enough imo. I certainly want to give Adam or JDOW or you the allies +10, yeah the ITA navy is a tough one, I have JUST discovered that the timing of all these purchases is crucial, buying an AB, or G navy for that matter and not using it early just diverts resources away from other, possibly more important areas. Also having the AB’s means that basically the ITA navy needs to stay parked in that SZ, not sure how helpful that is?
