Not enough UK DDs to go around. Without killing the SZ110 DD, I was worried you’d attack the SZ92 fleet. Without reinforcing SZ92, I was worried Italy could attack.

Yes, we were both rather out-stretched, but G came out with the longer straw.
Wanted to attack with more air in z110, but just couldn’t. Had to secure 1 air for Rome and 3 air for Yugo and counted on losing one in z96. The tr in z105 was an essential hit and the fleet in z118 just a too juicy target not to take a shot at.
