The conceit in “East & West” is that minor powers just bond to a major power, once they become active in the war. So, what I had suggested was that France would become part of Western Europe, and the Arab League would become part of the UK, if/when they’re at war with the USSR.
It just keeps things a lot cleaner, in terms of not having to reinvent the turn order, and other stuff which might add overhead.

How much does central powers cost and can you give me a link. I live in Halifax were could I buy the infantry and planes. I guess I could use AA stuff for the planes but the air ships and Zeppelins have me stumped. The navy I will use my AA stuff. I think I could use risk calvary, but there is only six nations in risk. In this game there is eight. Please help.

IL the map link for Afica doesnt work but the Axis and Allies version does (or did according to others). Could you make an Afica Campaign for the Axis and Allies version?

IL could you explain how allying with neutral nations works? I want to try this where everyone controls a major nation and Spain Turkey and Italy are neutral. Then you can make alliances however you want.

Specific neutrals enter on the side on specific turns as they did historically. Those that remained neutral do not enter the war unless attacked.

IL I know you can’t talk about this game but can you explain ships to me? Where can they be built? Also I may have questions in the future (I’m making the board :-D). Also is there ANY possible way to get the Africa map?

I can’t release any files. The Africa map is pretty much its own game and will be an expansion.
Ships are built only in original ports, not occupied ones.
