What you do is you reload the game, do the edits and continue the battle from there.

Ok, but if causalties differ, you’ll have to do it anyway.
It’s not so painful. Just reload. Just do this battle, with initial edits. It’s pretty straight-forward.
But if you really, really want to use dicebot, which I dislike, especially for larger battles, then who am I to stop you? ;)

You have to do the edits before doing the combats moves.
Then just shuffle it in and hit it.
