  • @jim010 sounds like you are saying, “trying to win both sides.” That is very difficult in a well played match. imho, you can “win” on one side if Allies are forced to spend on both sides. Are you saying you think your Tank strat is doomed? Because provided you force Allies to spend in Pacific, it is a shit ton of armor. and I’ve had to back up more than I normally would.

    Oh I think that my German moves are solid. Italy needs work, and the Pacific is a disaster. I play Europe mostly. Rarely do I play global, which is proving to be quite different.

    Huh … didn’t even know you had a destroyer in sz92. Must have been hidden by the icons from the Gibraltar units. Never even saw it there. Something I don’t like about playing Triple A is how hard it is to see units especially when the icons overlap.


  • @jim010 I play AA using the Han Solo approach to life. Never tell me the odds. Plus, even if I lost that battle, you would have lost a ton of irreplaceable ground pounders. So Allies have to go for that.

    Didn’t matter. I ran it again, and obviously I missed something. The odds were not in my favour. Japan is now toast, so this game is almost over.
