@lagouyn
You never control a sea zone.
Sea zones are either friendly (contain no enemy surface warship) or hostile (contain enemy surface warship(s)).
The result of a sea battle is that you have cleared it of enemy units (or not).
Enemy capital taken

I know if an enemy captures your capital, you can no longer produce units. But if your country, whose capital was just taken, had captured the capital of another enemy beforehand, can you produce units? And if so, I assume it’d be the total IPC you have minus your home territory. Specifically referring to 1941 version boardgame. Thanks!

@shake118118 I haven’t played 1941, but in the versions I have, if your capital is taken, you cannot produce units, even if you capture or already captured an enemy capital. That should be the case in 1941 as well.
