you can be at war with french only, so its perfectly fine the way you do it. Only consequence, you dont get the +10 bonus when you take FIC. Still peace with USA, british/anzac

yeah, if it started the war with the allies, then it would definitely not be worth it.

probably because this is BM and FIC became pro-axis when vichy was activated. You find out soon enough if you continue with usa offline to explore what triple a does

never mind, but if you are not sure if you are at war with usa or not. just load the japan file and continue with usa. I will in any case continue with the japan post, so it doesnt matter
