I grew up in Worthington playing aa with friends and nowadays live in Grove City where I mostly play against myself. When my buddy’s and I do get together (rarely) we talk of all the newer versions, rules, country’s, etc., and although the newer versions are available options for us, we just play the original version. So if you are still playing and or looking to play again, hit me up and hopefully we can get a game in! I’ve been on this site since early 2000s and I can’t believe I never utilized the player locator before. I’ll see an email to you too 🤓

As @Wittmann says there are a number of players in the Manchester area. They and Wittmann and sundry others all come to the quarterly Battle of Britain event - see the Events board.
Unfortunately everything is in lockdown and our next date in June could well be cancelled. But let me know if you want to be involved in future.

I realise this post is a bit old but then not a lot has been able to happen in the last year.
Looking around for A&A players near Bristol, I’ve only got A&A 2nd edition and only played a few times. So looking to play either over zoom or face to face when allows.

@manners84 good afternoon. I am in Hereford, but work (restaurant) means I don’t have much free time to play FtF. We do play on a Sunday in Derbyshire 4 times a year in Private Panic’s village. Do PM him to enquire about that.

Hi! It’s a day event which precludes Global 40. Normally we have 3 games on the go: one each of Anniversary, 1942.2 & 1914. If you ever want to join us just let me know.

Indeed I still dip into the forum every now and again!!Sadly I now live in the depths of Devon!! My A & A game is at my brothers so I can’t get it currently but hopefully again soon.
Never done a facetime/video link game but you never know!!! Would want a f2f when its legal!!!
