Result posted. When you get back I will probably be interested in a rematch. Was a fun game but I think I made some mistakes due to being out of practice. Guess I’ve already said that.
L20 #3 trulpen (X) vs Amon-Sul (A+7) BM3

I changed my mind about stretching out west in China, but no air battle adjustments there.

y moved from Suiyuyan to Kansu
Japanese take Kansu from Chinese
1 infantry moved from Hopei to Shensi
Japanese take Shensi from Chinei see u ve sent too many units in kweichow against just one inf of mine and 1 art
np then do ur editsso u wish to put less air there in kweicho how much would u pull back?
i can allow it but what about the dice, i think u should roll ur attacking dice again ther e with aas many air u wanted to send in the end
-
Thanks for allowing the change, but it’s a bit messy. Re-rolling attack dice works, although I’d say a roll for already rolled dice is better. No biggie. I guess the situation in sz6 is a bit shaky, but maybe not critical, so better not mess with things too much. I should learn to look beforehand more closely.
You may proceed with US.

ke away 3 air, 2 fig and 1 tac, since they’re needed by Tokyo. I haven’t looked at the dice, but I can do a second roll to find out which dice from the rolled ones to use.
the problem is that u can not now which of the air units did score, the ones that stay or the ones u pulled off. so u would have to roll attacking dice all over again
-

lem is that u can not now which of the air units did score, the ones that stay or the ones u pulled off. so
but u scored 6 hits, and if it wasnt from inf, than it doesnt matter u still could remove them, since even if they missed u would have 2 hits
but did inf missed?
-
Both inf missed, so it would matter. I have a good system for correction, which is important especially if there were bad rolls.

but did inf missed?and it can be tricky since ur altering the number of figs needed on defense after u have seen the dice results
but i trust u it was on oversight
so i u can take care of dice purity then np

u should not make habbit from correctioning battles ;) not because of me, but some harsher players

how would it matter then, u score 6 hits with air units, u want to remove 3, (let s say they all scored) u still have 3 hits left and my 2 units are destroyed
u have 1 hit more actually

Yes, I agree. So I’ll abstain from it now, despite the over-sight.
-
so if there is no problem with dice, make ur edit

u have 1 hit more actuallyJust for the theory of it. I checked the specific battle.
4 fig hit 2.
4 tac hit 4.Taking away 2 fig and 1 tac leaves.
2 fig, reducing 2 dice. We don’t know if it were the two hits or two misses. It would be a roll of 2D4 (four-sided dice) were we look at the specific numbers, like 1-2 are the hits and 3-4 are the misses. So if that roll was 3 and 4, the figs staying would both miss.
3 tacs hit 3 though, so the above roll would be unnecessary.
The problem here is though that there is information about the result. It hasn’t affected my question (just thought about what would’ve been rational in Kweichow and what I’d like to land with in sz6, with some extra on the side since I wouldn’t know if I’d lose air in Siberia), since I didn’t look into the specific battle, but I’d say that’s a problem.
So we can skip it.
Cheers :)

but if u scored 6 hits with ur air, and removing 3 of the 8 air it doenst matter if those 3 madde a hit SINCE U NEED 2 HITS ALL TOGETHER AND EVEN 6 MINUS 3 IS 3
so no rolling needed

That’s very true. So you’re simply saying it’s ok I do a change? Appreciate it! Will get back with a new map then.

Just trying to think like I would’ve thought if no battles had been done.

Shifted over one fig to sz6 then and did the China expansion, skipping putting tr’s in sz20 and then some block against UK in Kiangsi.
