  • @Maxiheimer Anzac mistede 2, Japan 1 fly… :p Blir en tight affære, hvis ellers min plan virker. Men umiddelbart er US nok en for stor en mundfuld i længden :D Tror dog Japserne kan overleve lidt endnu - specielt hvis Indien falder selvfølgelig. Det er nok rimelig essentielt for dem haha

  • @Maxiheimer ja, selvfølgelig. I dette spil har 1’erne været lidt på min side, må jeg indrømme. Havde også et spil med Thomas, hvor jeg bombarderede Moskva 4 ture i træk uden at miste 1 fly haha :D Mens han selvfølgelig mistede 1 hver gang han gjorde noget lign den anden vej.
    Men han vandt stadig. :( Men har ikke fået lov at spille med de allierede mod ham i noget tid. Dem kan han godt li at være ;)


  • @Maxiheimer jeg sad lige og tænkte over din Hold-Yunnan-strategi, med mappet åbent. Det er et fedt sats - kudos :) Jeg tror dog man vil komme længere på at forsøge at holde det fra runde 2. På den måde kan man også håbe, at Japan allerede har erklæret krig, så de ikke får de gratis 10 IPC indtil USA kommer med, hvis england erklærer krig i tur 1.
    Hvis man stiller 1 mech i Timguska, 1 mech i Novosibirsk, 1 Mech i Samara og 1 Mech i Kazakhstan og regner med at Kina bruger 4 inf i runde 1 på at ta det tilbage og mister 2 inf på det i runde 2, og England køber 4 mechs i runde 1 i Indien, så vil man i runde 2 i englands tur kunne ha 28 inf, 9 Mechs, 1 art, 3 fighters og 2 tacs stående i Yunnan. I Anzacs tur vil man sandsynligvis kunne spæde op med deres 3 fighters.
    Det kræver man rømmer Malaya, som man alligevel næsten aldrig kan holde. Men hvis man ikke rømmer det, så står man stadig med 25 inf :D Så tænker ‘Hold-Yunnan-Fra-Runde-2’ er benhårdt, specielt hvis USA så går i ryggen på Japanerne - ik engang 100%, bare nok til at de skal bruge deres flåde og lidt penge oppe nord på.
    Jeg kan ikke lige overskue om det er det værd på den lange bane - det kan du sikkert bedre. Men jeg tror at forsøge at holde det fra runde 1 er for dyrt, hvis Japan vælger at gå all in på at tage det tilbage i tur 2, selvom det også er dyrt for Japan. Fra runde 2 vil han slet ikke overveje det før mange runder senere og kun hvis han har vind i sejlene.

    I øvrigt, så lærte jeg af ham Jim, at league-reglerne for bid er, at man kun må indsætte enheder i territorier og felter, hvor man i forvejen har enheder. Så British Guiana er i så fald udelukket. Hold-Yunnan-fra-tur-2 vil i kan stadig lade sig gøre, hvis man smider engelske mechs ind i stedet i Indien, Burma og West Indien.

    Jeg smed i øvrigt en mech ind i West India mod ham Jim og for de 4 IPC ka man nappe Persia i tur 1 uden at man bruger en Transporter på det. Man må åbenbart gerne nuppe 2 Pro-neutrale lande i samme non-combat tur med tanks og mechs… I hvert fald i følge Triple-A. Jeg læste op i regelbogen og kunne ikke finde indikationer på at man ikke måtte.


  • Spændende tanke! i realiteten kan man jo fylde mange kinesiske inf ind i territorierne omkring yunnan, som så rykker ind tur 2, + de russiske fly. Du kan prøve det af i næste spil…?

  • @Maxiheimer ja, fandt også ud af efter mit skriv, at det ville være lettere - og nemmere ifølge liga-reglerne - at smide 3 inf til Kina og så 1 inf og en mech til england. På den måde vil man ende på med 1-2 to’ere mere end i modellen beskrevet før. Glemte også at tælle en russisk tank med i den model. Spørgsmålet er hvordan man så profittere på det. I virkeligheden vil det mest effektive nok være, at USA, sammen med Anzac, går benhårdt efter øerne, så Japan kun har halvdelen af Kina + egne territorier som indtjening og måske et par øer.
