Yeah, doesn’t help that Japan gets +1,5 to 5 and Allies -3 to -7 in the three big crucial final battles. But admittedly I should’ve just focused on getting back Hawaii. That was probably most viable. Bad play on my part. I fucking suck.

Ok. I think you should review your allied play in this game. Not enough was done to keep Sydney and Hawaii safe. The game was yours to lose. Taking Kwangtung US9 wasn’t really needed, for example. In the penultimate US turn, you had no DDs to put down as blockers to protect Hawaii, nor enough troops (including planes) on it.
