@Pejon_88 Sometimes I get a feel for a game…especially against a competent player…when the dice feel against you all the way, that the game won’t go your way.
Early yet, but I’m getting that feeling…your defensive dice have been excellent so far in the little battles which either cost me a lot or mean a key territory isn’t taken…
Yeah that is really frustrating. I guess especially as the axis since you cannot afford to lose momentum. I mean, that first Japanese turn was just horrendous.

I’m going to ask something that I havent done before and ask if I can redo this go. If not I think I will resign as this japanese game is going nowhere fast
That’s very frustrating, I understand! What I also know is that it’s easy to focus on the negative rolls (I do it too) and not the good ones that go as expected during a round. I looked at the casualties for this round and the only “off” result casualty-wise was actually the battle in SZ37. The lost plane in FIC for example is simply a 33% risk that is/is not worth the risk.
I am definitely OK with changes, even on other nations turns, but when it comes to dice rolled, I believe there needs to be good cause for redoing. I just want to hear your point of view before allowing the redo. If it is simply to redo the turn with exact/similar combat moves, I feel we are on thin ice this being league play and all. Don’t get me wrong, it is important to have fun, but do you see what I’m getting at?

@Pejon_88 Oh yes…it is entirely your call and i would never normally ask. However to have two rounds out of the 3 opening ones produce such savage results in key areas makes the game untenable for me. The loss to the infantry in FIC is neither here nor there…just the cost of attacking cheap units with relatively expensive ones.
To miss 4 rounds with a bomber supported by a sub that missed twice in which the battle calc gives a 100% win is an extreme outlier which will create problems for me beyond just losing the sea battle. If the dd had been killed along with both my units I would have been angry but accepted it to make the malaya battle occur.
As I commented after the german go I had a ‘feeling’ that more unlikely results would occur and indeed they did.
if you can accept that it was a mutual kill in sz37, but that my troops landed and took malaya then that would be very gracious. If you feel that is a step too far then I totally understand your reasons and I will post your win.
Ok, we can do that. To make it fair IPC wise, I guess we should subtract 8 from your total income or remove units of the same value? It’s all pretty unorthodox, but remove 8 from your IPC earned this round I’m OK with. Do you mind doing the changes and I can look at the edits before playing US?
